CU Records is a student-run recording studio at Columbia University. Our goal is to foster the campus music scene by serving individual musicians and acts that do not possess the resources to record or showcase their own music.

We train students to become engineers and match artists with people who can record them. If you are interested in becoming an engineer, join the mailing list here.

Record your music

We aim to let everyone on campus be able to record. However, if your project is a recurring one, or requires many sessions, we ask that you go through the training process and become an engineer so that you can record yourself - this helps us and you.
